RFRA 2013 Designer: Dominique Auxilly
This year's designer of choice for The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS celebrity runway show to benefit AIDS United is none other than rising design star Dominique Auxilly! Dominique’s The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS collection will feature women’s couture.
Auxilly’s canvases are women that lack inhibitions and could not care less for public opinion. Known to pull inspiration from all aspects of life her pieces most often reflect her love for old Hollywood, her obsession with architectural structures and her Jamaican roots. These elements and influences come together to create a label like no other.
Dominique Auxilly’s first collection was a hit after she made her debut during New York Fashion Week in 2009. Since the label has started to attract the attention of stylists, editors, fashion bloggers and well known celebrity names such as Nicki Minaj, Adrienne Bailon, Coco-T, Tamar Braxton and many more.
The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS is thrilled to feature Dominique’s Couture designs on February 9th 2013. Following the runway show pieces will be auctioned off online with a large portion of the proceeds being donated to the 2013 AIDS Charity of Choice.
